In October 2023, the Turin Kairos Consortium and the City of Turin hosted the international partners of the CoFarm4Cities European Union Interreg Central Europe project at the Cascina Falchera urban farm.
Spatialist Ltd. is also involved in the implementation of the project in Hungary, with the support of the leading partner of the project, the Óbuda-Békásmegyer Municipality of the 3rd district of Budapest. Within the project, we are working on the design and implementation of an innovative and feasible model of urban agriculture in response to the declining proportion of urban green spaces and the growing demand for cultivable community spaces.
We are not alone in our mission! Along with other impressive European cities involved in the project - including Krakow, Budapest, Ljubljana and Zagreb - we are also working hard to create a new urban garden in the Csúcshegy district of Óbuda-Békásmegyer.
