For the members of the Hungarian delegation, the General Assembly of ICOMOS in Sydney was a special occasion. Tamás Fejérdy was awarded the highly prestigious Gazzola Prize by the international ICOMOS for his nearly 50 years of work in the field of heritage conservation.
Tamás Fejérdy's approach, his exceptional theoretical and practical training, his problem-solving skills have contributed significantly to the development of a new approach, methodology and standards of heritage conservation at international level. This gives new inspiration and hope to all our work!
